Hands-on deliveryThe Real Time Decision Engine and Disaster Response Hub launched live during major weather events. I lean into the hard problem, not around it — and I'm comfortable making functional decisions next to developers, not via a ticket queue.
Always learning
Curious by defaultCertified in Data Science & AI and Human-Centred Design. Run the AI PM Briefing — sorting signal from hype weekly. The same posture I'd bring to a Microsoft / Azure stack: learn fast, ship informed decisions, never bluff.
Better together
Team-firstWrote the book Don't Think, Change — about how teams build the safety to change without overthinking. Volunteer experience lead at Product Aotearoa Conference; co-host of PM Insights Weekly. The connective tissue between engineering, support, finance, and clients is my favourite part of the job.
